Entry Details

  • Fee: $95 per player
  • Entries Close: May 18 at 12:00pm
  • Refund Policy: A player may initiate a refund via the event website (see confirmation email message) or by calling the NYSGA office at 315-471-6979.
    • Before Entry Deadline: Open Date to Entry Deadline: $15 service fee
    • After Entry Deadline to Day Prior to Competition Date: $30 service fee
    • Withdraw on Competition Date: No Refund

Terms of the Competition

Click here to download the Terms of the Competition, a complete overview of the rules and conditions for the 2022 NYSGA Amateur Series. A few important reminders:

  • Format is 18 holes of individual stroke play (90% Course Handicap)
  • Caddies and Spectators are not permitted
  • Max score of 9 (gross) is in effect
  • Unclaimed prizes are left with the pro shop
  • All players are required to abide by the NYSGA's Code of Conduct
  • "Slow Play leads to No Play" 

 

Schedule of Events

  • 8:30am....................................Driving Range Opens (North of Golf Course)
  • 9:30am....................................Announcements at Carts
  • 10:00am......................................Shotgun Start


Food and Beverage

There is no food & beverage included in the event. The beverage cart will be on course for the duration of the round. The Grill Room between the 5th and 6th hole will be available for beverages and grab and go/cold sandwich offerings.

 

Driving Range and Practice Facilities

The driving range, which will be open from 8:30am until 9:15am,  is located just north of the of the club on Route 80. Players must drive to the range in their vehicle. There is a small practice putting green within walking distance from the pro shop.

Listed below are the divisions (selected by players during registration) and assigned tees. A player may change their division only if notice is provided prior to the close of entries. To confirm which division you have registered for your division, click here and select the division from the drop-down menu.

 

  • Men's Division (0-9.9)..............................White Tees
  • Men's Division (10+)................................White Tees
  • Men's Sr Division (0-10.9)........................White Tees
  • Men's Sr Division (11+)............................Silver Tees
  • Senior Super Sr Division (0-12.9) ...........Silver Tees
  • Men's Super Sr Division (13+).................Silver Tees
  • Women's Division ....................................Red Tees
